The heating surface of the horizontal biomass hot water boiler adopts a three retun structure of water-cooled walltubes and threaded smoke tubes.Secondary and tertiary air distribution devices are set at the front and rear arches of the furnaoe,so that the biomass shaped particles can realze semi gasification combustion,effectively reducing the loss caused by incomplete combuston.It has the characterstics of reasonable structure,large heating area,high thermal efficiency,full combustion,no pollution,low emissions,eto.
1.The boiler type is horizontal fast installed water fire tube boiler,and the hot water system is natural circulation.
2.The heat exchange system of the boller is composed of boiler drum,left and right headers, and water walls.The main heating surfaces are furnace water walls,some boiler drums and convection tube bundles n the boiler drum.
